Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise-grade applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in backend services, APIs, and data-driven apps using Python.
• Hands-on React experience developing modern, responsive web applications.
• Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend practices.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Solid understanding of OO design, data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and accelerate AI-enabled transformation across full-stack apps.
• Lead through influence and mentorship, partnering with product managers and stakeholders.
• Champion innovation and responsible AI adoption with proofs of concept and guardrails.
• Ensure engineering excellence by CI/CD, architecture reviews, and scalable practices.
• Shape team direction and initiatives across multiple squads and teams.
• Own reliability and navigate complexity in fast-paced Agile environments.
