Job summary

You will design programs, mentor leaders, and partner with the CEO to align learning with business goals, delivering measurable growth and impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development or talent development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ambitious, forward-thinking and proactive.
• UK work permit is required to work in the UK.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development and identify training needs.
