Job summary

Addition Solutions is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Design & Implementation Lead at Director level on a contract basis in the UK. This is a senior leadership role to drive the design, implementation and adoption of a major operating model transformation, translating capabilities into practical journeys, standards and escalation routes.

You'll own implementation and change readiness, work across multiple stakeholder groups, and ensure new ways of working are

• Significant leadership experience in transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to translate capabilities into practical operating models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multi-agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of new operating model capabilities.
• Translate capabilities into end-to-end journeys with clear standards.
• Define roles, hand-offs, escalation routes and governance.
• Lead change readiness and adoption across frontline environments.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across organisations and agencies.
• Identify risks and dependencies impacting delivery.
• Provide strategic direction while overseeing practical delivery.
