Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Value Delivery Office within GDO Transformation & Innovation. You will govern non-drug strategic initiatives, drive AI-enabled operating models, and deliver measurable business value across a global, matrixed organization.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of turning ambitious programs into delivered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in transformation, strategy, or portfolio management.
• Experience delivering large-scale initiatives within global pharma settings.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Value Delivery Office with governance and performance oversight.
• Define transformation priorities and roadmaps aligned to GDO strategy.
• Drive programs with clear ownership, milestones, risk management and accountability.
• Lead a 2–3 person team and influence across matrixed functions.
• Own benefits realization, defining KPIs and reporting impacts to senior leadership.
• Lead process redesign and embed AI/automation into workflows and value streams.
• Champion a data-driven culture and drive change across large distributed teams.
• Translate portfolio data into compelling executive narratives.
