Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced medical/scientific background with 5+ years in Medical Affairs.
• Experience leading global or above-market activities preferred.
• Therapeutic area expertise in oncology or related fields preferred.
• Strong ability to influence across a matrix organization and across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead global medical engagement strategy and field medical enablement.
• Coordinate with WW Medical, HEOR, and MEG to align medical narratives and POIs.
• Drive FIRe platform improvements and AI-enabled insights adoption.
• Ensure ethical conduct and compliance with GCP, ICH, and BMS policies.
