Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep Clinical Development and/or global clinical trial operations experience.
• Business operations experience with divisional management.
• Demonstrated people leadership in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience as Chief of Staff with portfolio management and reporting.
• Experience developing portfolio and program strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience across global footprint with regulatory and quality awareness.
• Understanding of drug development processes and cross-functional roles.
• Strong partnering, planning, and delivering business outcomes.
• Agile mindset with structured problem solving and inclusivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence across functions and sites.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and direction with the GDO Head and LT.
• Develop GDO strategy, roadmap, and enterprise alignment.
• Identify delivery risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
• Provide end-to-end visibility across the delivery continuum.
• Establish a single source of truth with consistent metrics.
• Translate strategy into integrated, actionable plans.
• Drive GDO transformation roadmap and AI-enabled processes.
• Embed AI-enabled ways of working and retire manual processes.
• Lead governance, cadence, and leadership engagement.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
