Qualifications

• 15+ years of transformation, strategy, or portfolio management experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience leading a value delivery or transformation office with governance and benefits realization.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives in global, matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Value Delivery Office with governance, prioritization and performance oversight.
• Define transformation priorities, roadmap, and align initiatives to strategy.
• Drive delivery of programs with clear ownership, milestones and risk management.
