Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Value Delivery Office within Global Development Operations Transformation & Innovation. You will govern non-drug initiatives, shape transformation priorities, and drive enterprise value through AI-enabled workflows.

This role requires strong executive presence, matrix leadership, and a track record of delivering outcomes in large pharma organizations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in transformation, strategy, business operations, portfolio or program management
• Demonstrated leadership at Director/Senior Director level with matrix influence
• Proven experience establishing or leading a value delivery, transformation, or portfolio management office
• Experience leading end-to-end process redesign and operating model change, ideally with AI or digital tech
• Track record championing AI and advanced analytics adoption at scale
• Strong change leadership and data-centric culture cultivation across large teams
• Financial acumen linking outcomes to business cases and value targets
• Executive storytelling and communication to align at all levels
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulated pharma governance

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the Value Delivery Office with governance and performance oversight.
• Define transformation priorities, roadmap, and alignment to GDO strategy.
• Drive delivery of programs with clear ownership, milestones, and risk management.
• Lead and develop a 2–3 person team; matrix leadership across functions.
• Own benefits realization with baselines, KPIs, and value metrics.
• Lead process transformation and design AI-enabled, decision-centric operating model.
• Embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into core workflows.
• Ensure AI initiatives are strategically aligned and scaled for impact.
• Drive change management and a data-driven culture across distributed teams.
• Build performance management capabilities and dashboards for decision support.
• Align product roadmaps with transformation outcomes across functions
• Translate portfolio data into clear recommendations for senior audiences
