Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Transformation & Workforce Design to shape how we scale globally and embed AI into how we work. You’ll partner with the CHRO Office and senior leaders to translate strategy into scalable org structures and workforce models.

You'll lead enterprise transformations, design AI-enabled work, build scalable workforce frameworks, and drive adoption with governance and metrics across geographies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading organizational transformation, organizational design, or workforce design.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical organizational solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and implementing plans.
• Experience designing scalable leadership, manager, or organizational capability programs.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and build alignment on complex decisions.
• Structured problem-solving skills to convert ambiguity into action.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement across geographies.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled organizations and how AI reshapes work.

Responsibilities
