Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Agentforce Field Service to lead strategy, growth, and execution across enterprise Field Service initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to accelerate adoption of Field Service, Agentforce, AI-driven operations, scheduling optimization, and asset management.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, or related technical leadership roles.
6+ years building and mentoring distributed technical teams.
Deep FSM, workforce optimization, scheduling, or asset management expertise.
Experience guiding enterprise-scale digital transformation and cloud migration.
Proven ability to influence C-level executives and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term Field Service growth strategy and GTM plans.
Lead executive engagements with strategic customers and transformational programs.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align roadmaps.
Lead technical solution strategy for complex Field Service opportunities.
Evangelize AI-powered workflows and predictive operations in field service.
