Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Agentforce Field Service to drive vision, growth, and execution of Salesforce Field Service globally. You will lead a team of field service specialists and solution leaders, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership to accelerate adoption of Agentforce and AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software or related leadership roles.
• 6+ years leading distributed technical or solution teams.
• Deep FSM, scheduling, asset management or related domain expertise.
• Experience guiding digital transformation and cloud migrations.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of modern enterprise architectures and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term Field Service growth strategy and GTM.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape roadmaps based on needs.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic engagements and programs.
• Lead with operational frameworks showing pipeline health and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Eng, CS and Partners.
• Lead technical solution strategy for complex Field Service opportunities.
• Support enterprise sales in translating challenges to outcomes with Field Service/Agentforce.
• Facilitate executive workshops, value assessments, and digital transformation talks.
• Mentor and develop a high-impact, global Field Service team.
