Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Liaison for Agentforce Life Sciences to elevate customer software deployments by bridging product engineering and field execution, driving AI-enabled playbooks, and enabling scalable integrations across the SI partner ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration among Salesforce Professional Services, customers, and internal product teams, develop training materials, and publish blueprints to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years of software implementation and integration experience in Life Sciences.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions.
• Track record of scalable implementation methodologies and technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot, and scale AI-driven implementation playbooks and automation tools.
• Establish standardized methodologies using generative AI platforms.
• Evaluate and refine implementation tools from field deployments.
• Create reusable assets, reference architectures, and training modules.
• Serve as subject matter expert bridging product engineering with field teams.
• Deliver technical enablement workshops and field guides.
