Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by applying AI-driven agent design and deployment expertise. The role focuses on architecture, data grounding, and real-time decision orchestration within the Agentforce platform and Data360 ecosystem.

You will mentor teams, collaborate across sales, service, and marketing, and influence technical strategy to deliver measurable ROI for customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated success in implementing AI projects within Customer Success or related roles.
Ability to guide customers through complex AI implementations with clear technical direction.
Understanding of data modelling, integration, and governance best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business ROI for customers.
Proactive, self-starting with remote collaboration capability.
Data Ethics and Privacy standards adherence.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organisation.
Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize AI architecture, dev/ops, performance and design.
Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customisation.
Influence executives by aligning technology strategy with ROI and business value.
Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
