Concern Worldwide UK is seeking a Senior Direct Marketing Executive – Cash and Alternative Gifts to lead strategic fundraising campaigns, manage a team of two Direct Marketing Executives, and drive donor development across cash and alternative gifts. Qualifications

• Proven experience demonstrating ability to undertake complicated procedures.
• Analytical skills and numeracy; experience in keeping and monitoring financial & budgeting reports.
• Experience and knowledge of supporter development fundraising techniques including cash appeals, newsletters and email marketing.
• Experience of using a fundraising database for analysis of direct marketing campaigns and trend giving patterns.
• Experience of working with external suppliers to deliver direct marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic projects contributing to the Public Fundraising and Engagement annual plan; analyse results and provide recommendations on marketing direction.
• Line management of 2 Direct Marketing Executives; training, delegation, supervision and appraisals.
• Full campaign management and execution including briefings, material development, data criteria, copy, approvals, proofing, and analysis.
• Manage supporter development activity to improve lifetime value of cash donors via direct mail, emails and online marketing.
• Support development of the Alternative Gifts product and strategy with Acquisition and Innovation teams.
• Monitor budgets and assist in setting future income targets; work with the team to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Analysis, Campaign Planning and Insight to review campaigns for future income.
