Confidential is seeking a Senior Retention Officer to lead multi-channel donor retention campaigns, crafting engaging communications to maximise lifetime value and supporter engagement in a hybrid London environment.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, analyse campaign performance, and refine journeys to deliver timely messages throughout the supporter lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of supporter retention and development campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to develop creative materials, managing projects from brief through to delivery.
• Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations to enhance supporter engagement and retention.
• Manage supporter data, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with data protection regulations.
• Monitor and control campaign budgets, contributing to forecasting and reforecasting processes.
• Develop and refine supporter journeys to deliver relevant, timely communications at each stage of the supporter lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with internal teams, supporters, volunteers, and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
• Support the team during supporter queries and provide excellent stewardship, including recognising and thanking donors, including high-value supporters.
• Stay informed on relevant legislation and regulations affecting fundraising activities.
