Job summary

Action For Humanity in Manchester's head office is seeking a Director of Income Generation to lead our Digital Marketing, Community Fundraising, and Donor Care functions. You will report to the CEO and sit on the Executive Leadership Team, shaping a program to diversify income through community-based and individual donations.

You will develop and execute income strategies, build high-performing teams, align functions across the charity, manage budgets, and drive a global marketing strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (essential).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (desirable).
• Qualification in Leadership/Management e.g. CIM accreditation (desirable).
• Evidence of continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement income generation strategies in collaboration with the CEO and heads of relevant departments.
• Lead the income generation departments, building high-performing teams and defining recruitment and development plans.
• Ensure alignment and integration between income generation functions and the wider organisation.
• Identify new market opportunities to diversify AFH’s reach, influence and revenue.
