Job summary

Age UK is seeking an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to join the Loyalty Team. Based in London, this role focuses on stewarding donors and designing journeys that deepen relationships and grow income across cash, regular giving and in memory support.

With a hybrid working model, the post involves regular London office days (currently one Thursday per week) and occasional travel. The contract is a 12-month fixed-term, offering extensive benefits and opportunities to impact supporter

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct marketing with a successful record of driving cash and regular giving income across online and offline channels.
• Budget forecasting and strategic decision making when building forecasts.
• Experience analysing campaign performance to maximise income.
• Experience using databases for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Steward donors by delivering excellent supporter experiences across multiple channels.
• Design donor journeys to deepen relationships and grow income from cash, regular giving and in memory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and apply project management skills.
• Use data fluency to analyse campaign performance and inform decisions.
• Develop mass-market direct marketing strategies for Age UK.
