Job summary

University of Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Digital Workspace Manager to lead the 2nd Line IT Services Digital Workspace Team. You will shape the end-user OS and MDM roadmap, provide technical leadership, and manage stakeholder relationships across Schools and Services.

Qualifications

• Degree in computing or IT-related subject or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical staff in IT platform engineering.
• Will contribute to ITIL and CM I alignment and pursue certifications within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Digital Workspace Team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Shape the technical roadmap for end-user OS and mobile device management platforms.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and external technology vendors for service delivery.
• Ensure security, resilience, and continual improvement of digital workspace services.
