Version 1, a trusted technology and transformation partner with 30 years in business, delivers solutions for global brands. As a Senior BA, you’ll partner with Product, Delivery, Engineering and Design to frame the why/what, enable the how, and de-risk end-to-end delivery, turning research and data into clear options and value.

You’ll help shape digital transformation programs, grow the BA capability as TDG expands, and work in a flexible/remote-friendly environment that supports outcomes,

Qualifications

• Consulting BA with ability to frame problems and drive structured decisions.
• Experience working in or with the public sector, familiarity with GOV.UK standards.
• Strong analytical and outcome-focused mindset to link work to measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Frame the problem and identify key focus areas; define hypotheses and levers.
• Shape options into clear analyses and decision-ready recommendations.
• Build trust with clients through high-quality work and active listening to feedback.
• Influence decisions through compelling narrative and effective workshops.
• Stay end-to-end and protect value from discovery to delivery; manage risks and assumptions.
• Measure outcomes and support handover to BAU to embed change.
