Qualifikationen

• Experience with industry-standard analysis techniques in business change and software development lifecycles.
• Proven discovery phase capabilities; able to shape and clarify needs, manage scope and backlogs.
• Ability to drive functional integrity and align requirements to the business case.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Experience mentoring other analysts and contributing to internal training or academy programs.
