Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to own the online trading strategy and performance for the digital business. You will drive revenue, conversions and AOV by turning data into actionable trading plans, coordinating launches, campaigns and gifting moments, and shaping the customer journey across homepages, PDPs and category pages.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product and UX to prioritise opportunities, optimise onsite merchandising

Qualificações

Proven experience leading ecommerce trading within a product-led retail business.
Strong commercial acumen with track record of driving revenue, conversion and basket value.
Experience delivering ecommerce trading strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Strong knowledge of onsite merchandising, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
Experience using analytics and behavioural insight tools to drive opportunities.

Responsabilidades

Own the day-to-day trading performance of the Joma Jewellery website and deliver revenue targets.
Lead the ecommerce trading calendar across launches, campaigns, promotions and gifting moments.
Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Creative and UX to optimise online journeys.
Develop hero products and onsite journeys for launches and seasonal moments.
Manage performance reporting and translate results into future actions.
