Job summary

Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton is seeking a Senior IT & Systems Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure and business systems. You will drive secure, reliable tech services and guide architectural decisions, integrations and improvements across ERP, WMS and ecommerce platforms.

You’ll lead the IT team and work closely with the Head of Systems to deliver practical technology solutions that support rapid growth, with a hybrid schedule in Banbury and flexibility to work from home two days per

Qualifications

• Strong experience across IT operations, infrastructure, systems support and technical service delivery.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, devices, connectivity and core technology platforms within a busy business environment.
• A solid understanding of ERP, WMS, ecommerce, reporting and operational platforms.
• Technical architecture and solution design experience, with a good understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows and system dependencies.
• Hands-on experience delivering integrations, configurations, testing, deployments and technical improvements.
• Good knowledge of cyber security administration, access management, vulnerability remediation and technical controls.
• A solid understanding of IT service management, including incident, problem, change and service management.
• Experience leading and developing technical or systems teams, with a genuine interest in coaching others.
• Experience managing third-party technology suppliers and service providers, with the confidence to challenge and manage delivery where needed.
• A strong awareness of technology risk, cyber security, resilience and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, hardware, devices, connectivity, Microsoft 365 and core technology platforms.
• Keep technology services stable, secure and reliable, resolving issues quickly and minimising disruption.
• Act as senior escalation point for operational IT, systems and technology issues, owning to resolution.
• Support and administer key business systems across ERP, warehouse, ecommerce, reporting and operations.
• Spot recurring issues, identify root causes and drive improvements for reliability and user experience.
• Deliver technical projects, integrations and system improvements from testing through to handover.
• Provide technical feasibility guidance on new systems and initiatives led by the Head of Systems.
• Shape and maintain architectural and integration principles for scalable, secure solutions.
• Oversee integrations, APIs, data flows and automation across core systems with internal and external partners.
• Provide technical oversight across SQL, Power Platform, integrations and reporting.
• Support cyber security operations, including access controls, security settings and remediation.
• Contribute to business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience from a technical view.
• Lead, coach and develop the Business Systems Manager and Junior IT Analyst.
• Manage workload and third-party partners to ensure responsive IT services.
• Keep documentation and knowledge sharing up to date for a scalable IT function.
