Job summary

Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our visual merchandising across Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery. Based at our Banbury head office with regular travel to stores, you will translate seasonal campaigns into engaging retail environments that elevate brand storytelling and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior Visual Merchandising leadership role within premium retail or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to translate campaigns into fully realised physical customer experiences.
• Strong experience leading seasonal visual merchandising campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overarching visual merchandising strategy across stores, showrooms and pop-ups.
• Translate campaigns into compelling visual merchandising concepts that drive commercial results.
• Lead development of immersive customer experiences and brand storytelling across multiple formats.
