Job summary

Success Talent is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager for a fast-growing jewellery brand in the UK. You will own day-to-day trading, optimize conversions and revenue, and drive commercial decisions using data. The role focuses on launches, promotions, and key seasonal moments with hands-on CRO and analytics.

You will work closely with the Head of Trading & Ecommerce to turn strategy into action and impact the business quickly. A strong background in Shopify and D2C retail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce trading for retail, D2C or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of improving conversion, AOV and revenue.
• Fluent with GA4 and turning data into commercial actions.
• CRO experience or willingness to learn hands-on.
• Shopify/Shopify Plus background.

Responsibilities

• Own the trading calendar for launches, promos and key moments.
• Track revenue, conversion, AOV, and margin; act on data.
• Deliver major moments: Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas.
• Run CRO from idea to result with heatmaps and A/B tests.

Ecommerce Trading Manager | Scale Up Jewellery brand

We are recruiting for one of the UK's fastest-growing jewellery brands, and looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager to own day-to-day trading. You'll help customers find the perfect piece and help the site hit its numbers.

The E Commerce Trading Manager Role

Reporting to Head of Trading & Ecommerce and turn strategy into action every day:

Launches, promotions, paydays and testing. You'll have real ownership, room for your own ideas, and you'll see the impact of your work quickly.

What you'll do

• Own the trading calendar and plan around launches, promos and key moments
• Track revenue, conversion, AOV and margin, and act fast on what the data says
• Help deliver our biggest moments: Valentine's, Mother's Day, Black Friday and Christmas
• Run CRO from idea to result, using heatmaps, session recordings and A/B tests you build and launch yourself
• Test pricing, bundles, upsells and shipping to grow AOV and profitability
• Own trading reports that give every team a clear next step

What you'll bring

• Ecommerce or online trading experience in retail, D2C or a consumer brand
• A track record of improving conversion, AOV and revenue
• Confidence in GA4 and turning data into commercial decisions
• CRO experience, or the technical confidence to learn it hands-on
• Shopify / Shopify Plus, or a fashion, luxury or gifting background
