Job summary

Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton is seeking an SEO Manager to lead the Organic Search strategy across our brands, driving visibility, traffic and revenue growth. You’ll shape the future of organic growth with a data‑led approach and collaborate with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to optimise the customer journey.

You’ll work on traditional and emerging search channels, including AI Search, and report on performance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dedicated SEO role within ecommerce, retail, fashion or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Organic Search strategy across multiple brands to maximise visibility, traffic and revenue growth.
• Drive visibility growth across traditional and emerging channels including AI Search and Social Search.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, search performance and conversion through data-led insights and testing.
• Regularly report on Organic Search performance, sharing actionable insights and measuring effectiveness of implementations and testing.
• Audit and maintain technical SEO hygiene across all sites; improve site structure, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand and Marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and brand awareness.
• Manage and develop direct reports while fostering a high-performing team culture.
