Semrush Consulting Services is hiring a Digital Strategy Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, driving transformational SEO and GEO strategies across discovery, roadmapping, and governance. You will guide cross-functional teams in embedding SEO into the digital marketing ecosystem and lead executive workshops to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, and GEO consulting.
• Experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity and opportunities.
• Translate insights into phased, multi-quarter roadmaps with priorities and milestones.
• Design scalable governance and operating models enabling long-term adoption across teams.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders and drive value realization.
• Identify risks, track KPIs, and advise on course corrections as priorities evolve.
