Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead structured discovery, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and help clients embed scalable governance and operating models across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams. This role requires strong facilitation and executive communication skills with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, or related roles in SaaS/MarTech.
• Proven ability to lead structured discovery engagements and translate insights into executive roadmaps.
• Experience designing scalable operating models, governance, and cross-functional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, operating models, workflows, and readiness.
• Translate insights into phased, multi-quarter roadmaps with clear priorities and success criteria.
• Design scalable governance and operating models enabling long-term adoption across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.
• Lead executive workshops, briefings, and ongoing programs to align stakeholders and track KPIs.
