Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies. You will lead discovery, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and guide scalable operating models across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Content teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive strategic alignment, and contribute to internal methodologies as part of a globally distributed consulting team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting or related roles.
• Experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models and governance frameworks across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO/GEO maturity and operating models.
• Translate findings into phased roadmaps with priorities, milestones and success criteria.
