Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead discovery, roadmaps, and operating model transformations across cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

The role focuses on delivering structured governance, scalable workflows, and executive-level insights to accelerate value

Qualifications

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, operating models, workflows, and readiness.
• Translate findings into phased roadmaps with priorities, milestones and success criteria.
• Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models for long-term adoption and cross-functional alignment.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment at Director/VP level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to enterprise customers through structured discovery to assess SEO and GEO maturity.
• Develop multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to measurable business outcomes with clear priorities.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to define outcomes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure continuity across the customer lifecycle.
