Semrush is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies.

You will lead discovery, build multi‑quarter roadmaps, and guide scalable operating models that embed SEO/GEO into broader marketing ecosystems. This role collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive long‑term customer growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting experience
• Proven ability to translate insights into executive roadmaps
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic alignment

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory, Discovery & Roadmapping: lead discovery engagements and develop multi‑quarter roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Governance, Adoption & Operating Model Transformation: design scalable SEO/GEO governance and cross‑functional workflows
• Executive Facilitation & Program Leadership: run workshops and briefings to align stakeholders and track milestones
• Lifecycle Strategy & Growth Alignment: partner with Sales and CS to ensure continuity and growth across the customer lifecycle
• Internal Strategy & Methodology Contribution: share patterns and best practices to elevate service delivery
