Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Affiliates & Display
Our rapidly expanding Ecommerce team is seeking a highly organized, ambitious, and strategic-thinking Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage our Affiliates & Display channels.
You will oversee performance campaigns within our UK and US Affiliate networks and manage Display activity in the UK, collaborating with agencies. As a highly analytical and motivated individual, you will make data-driven decisions while maintaining brand message consistency. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including Creative and Marketing teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned across online and offline channels, supporting Liberty London’s strategic and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven strategies with media agencies and the Digital Marketing Manager to grow our Affiliate network and enhance Display performance.
- Plan, brief, and track Affiliate newsletters, commissions, and placement strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief Display banners aimed at driving performance and engagement.
- Build and manage influencer and content campaigns within our Affiliate channel alongside internal Influencer and PR teams.
- Coordinate with trade, digital design, and content teams to create content plans and streamline briefing and feedback processes.
- Liaise with Affiliate partners and our Digital Team to share learnings and develop a holistic digital approach.
- Work with Display and Affiliate agencies to optimize performance, set, and review targets aligned with budgets, and manage agency relationships with the Digital Marketing Manager's support.
- Support commercial and brand goals through internal collaboration.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in forecasting KPIs and managing spend for Affiliate and Display channels.
- Deliver customer insights to inform business decisions.
- Conduct weekly and post-campaign analyses using media reports and analytics tools.
- Develop processes to reduce friction and improve channel efficiency.
- Research and propose new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Work with the Web Team to ensure effective management of marketing tracking tags and feeds.
- Utilize customer data to support cross-channel campaigns.
- Lead on resolving and monitoring Display feed issues.
- Connect digital activities with in-store journeys to demonstrate opportunities and scale.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Digital Marketing.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Display Marketing.
