Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is partnering with a growing consumer brand to recruit a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own the digital presence across multiple product brands from their Sittingbourne base.

The role blends creativity with data-driven decision making to drive engagement, website traffic and online sales, covering SEO, content, social media and e-commerce. You will join an established marketing team with opportunities to influence strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years digital marketing experience, ideally FMCG/food/beverage
• Strong SEO, paid search and social media experience
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience using CMS and CRM systems
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Degree educated or marketing qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Website & SEO: Manage and optimise company websites; monitor analytics; drive SEO and paid search; improve UX and conversion rates; create SEO content.
• Social Media & Content: Develop social media strategies; manage content calendars; create engaging content; oversee community management; produce monthly reports.
• Digital Marketing & E-Commerce: Manage email campaigns; support e-commerce growth; ensure brand consistency across sites; collaborate with agencies; monitor budgets and ROI.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Sittingbourne

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Our client, a well-established and growing consumer brand business, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of their digital presence across multiple product brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused digital marketer who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven decision making to drive engagement, website traffic and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Website & SEO

• Manage and optimise company websites
• Monitor website analytics and performance
• Drive SEO initiatives and paid search activity
• Improve user experience and conversion rates
• Create SEO-focused content including blogs, articles and product content

Social Media & Content

• Develop and deliver social media strategies and campaigns
• Manage content calendars across multiple platforms
• Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Oversee community management and audience interaction
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

• Manage email marketing campaigns and content plans
• Support e-commerce growth and online sales objectives
• Ensure brand consistency across customer and third-party websites
• Work with agencies and external partners to deliver campaigns
• Monitor marketing budgets and ROI

About You

• Minimum 3 years' digital marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, food or beverages
