Job summary

Haleon seeks a Senior Digital Commerce Lead to accelerate profitable growth across established and emerging digital channels, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Joybuy. You will shape customer strategy, pricing, promotions and execution with cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation, and deep analytics to translate market dynamics into actionable plans that drive visibility, share and cash outcomes for Haleon brands.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent with UK sales/digital commerce experience.
• Proven track record leading a major customer or complex remit to growth.
• Strong understanding of pureplay/marketplace models, especially Amazon.
• Deep commercial and financial acumen including P&L, forecasting and cash flow.
• Advanced analytics with large data sets and multiple systems.
• Experience pricing, promotion, assortment and mix strategies.
• Ability to translate market/context into action and drive pace.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic relationship and overall commercial plan for Amazon and emerging digital channels.
• Lead negotiations and decisions balancing customer ambition with Haleon priorities.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across TikTok Shop, Joybuy and future pureplays.
• Build evidence-based business cases and scalable launch plans with required investments.
• Provide market context to shape where Haleon plays and how it wins.
• Own pricing, promotion and portfolio optimisation with data-driven insights.
• Connect data sources to track performance and guide in-year course corrections.
• Drive digital shelf, content, search, ratings and retail media across partners.
• Lead a cross-functional Haleon team across Brand, Shopper, Category, Finance, Supply.
