Haleon is seeking a Senior Digital Commerce Lead to accelerate profitable growth across established and emerging digital channels, including Amazon and platforms like TikTok Shop and Joybuy. You will define joint business plans, lead negotiations and drive visibility and cash outcomes.

You will analyse market dynamics, build pricing models, manage the P&L, and work cross-functionally with Brand, Shopper, Category, Finance and Operations to translate insight into executable growth.

Qualificações

• Experience leading digital commerce initiatives with Amazon and emerging platforms.
• Strong negotiating and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategic relationship and full commercial plan for Amazon and emerging platforms.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across digital commerce channels.
• Maintain market perspective and translate context into actionable recommendations.
• Lead pricing, promotion and portfolio optimization with data-driven methods.
• Connect multiple data sources to create a decision-ready view of performance.
• Drive availability, content, search, ratings and conversion for pureplay customers.
• Own the P&L for the customer remit, including forecasting and cash flow.
• Lead a cross-functional team across Brand, Shopper, Category, NRM, Finance, Supply, Digital Commerce and Operations.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for hybrid and emerging models and share learnings.
