Qualifications

Significant UK sales or digital commerce experience.
Proven ability to lead major customer or complex commercial remit and drive profitable growth.
Strong understanding of pureplay and marketplace models, with Amazon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the strategic relationship and commercial plan for Amazon and emerging digital channels.
Identify and prioritise opportunities across digital platforms (TikTok Shop, Joybuy, etc.).
Translate market context into clear recommendations for growth and profitability.
Lead pricing, promotions and assortment strategies to maximise profit and share.
Connect data sources to deliver decision-ready insights on performance and growth.
Drive digital shelf presence, content, ratings, and retail media effectiveness.
Own the P&L for the remit and manage cash flow and investments.
Lead and develop a cross-functional Haleon team across Brand, Shopper, Finance and Operations.
