FS1 Recruitment is looking for an E-commerce Merchandise Lead in Milton Keynes to own the visual and creative strategy across Amazon, TikTok Shop and SHEIN. You will drive product imagery, A+ content, videos and campaign assets to maximise engagement and conversion.

You will lead a creative team, apply AI-powered tools to generate optimised assets, and advise on merchandise strategy. This role suits someone with strong marketplace know-how and a fast-paced, results-driven mindset.

Competenze

• Proven experience in eCommerce creative, with strong Amazon marketplace expertise.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to generate and optimise images, videos, and eCommerce content.
• Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Own all creative output across major marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, SHEIN).
• Oversee product imagery, A+ Content, videos, infographics, and campaign assets.
• Lead AI-powered creation and optimisation of marketplace assets in line with guidelines.
• Conduct competitive merchandise analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Advise on merchandise strategy, content priorities, and marketplace optimisation.
• Plan and manage a creative team including designers, photographers, stylist, and offshore designers.
