Flywheel, a leader in digital commerce insights, seeks a Senior Content Specialist to advance our thought leadership and deliver reports and analyses that guide executive decisions and business transformations for clients.

You will build subject matter expertise in core areas like retail media and translate market dynamics into actionable narratives while supporting client engagement and new business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, ecommerce or related field.
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive thought leadership on digital commerce topics including retail media.
• Author strategic research reports combining data, primary research, and expert analysis.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise and position Flywheel Retail Insights as an authoritative voice.
• Create data analyses to answer client questions and pain points.
• Monitor industry developments to improve forecasts and coverage.
• Plan content in collaboration with Research Director and align with client priorities.
