Flywheel Content Studio is seeking an Account Director to lead digital shelf content and commerce initiatives for key clients. You will oversee a small team and coordinate across copy, design, project management, media, and partnerships to ensure on- brief, on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role combines client service, operational oversight, and thought leadership with extensive experience in retailer digital shelf content and Amazon-powered strategies.

Qualificações

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years' experience in client service, project management, and/or ecommerce content; at least 3 years with Amazon.
• Proven experience managing key client accounts and leading complex initiatives, with Amazon focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital shelf content on time and on budget.
• Act as strategic advisor to clients and drive commerce activations.
• Oversee content process from brief to final execution.
• Develop measurement plans for content and campaigns.
• Assist with new business initiatives as needed.
