Omnicom Group's Flywheel Digital Limited seeks a manager to lead and contribute to our Commerce Intelligence team in the UK. Reporting to the Director of CI consulting, you will guide client engagements and deliver analytical solutions for senior stakeholders.

You will translate business challenges into actionable insights, develop analytic frameworks, mentor teammates, and stay ahead of industry trends in retail media and commerce analytics within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in data analytics, consulting, or digital commerce.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of retail media and commerce analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in executing the strategic vision for the CI consulting practice, including supporting service offerings, methodologies, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee and contribute to the delivery of client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable insights that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with senior executives and other stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where advanced analytics can provide value.
• Develop and implement analytical frameworks and recommend strategies to support clients' business goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the evolution of the team’s analytical approaches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on digital commerce and commerce strategies.
