Job summary

Flywheel in London is seeking an eCommerce (Media + Retail) Specialist to join our Client Services team. You will work across Media and Retail, partnering with Business Managers to lead client ecommerce strategies and leverage our technology to manage and report performance.

This role offers the chance to learn the dynamics of digital platforms like Amazon, develop a well-rounded commerce skill set, and accelerate career growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak English; additional language is a plus.
• Experience in digital sales or media, especially Amazon.
• Strong attention to detail with solid project management.
• Comfort with dashboards and basic Excel formulas (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Support media campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services for clients.
• Assist Retail Managers with product pages, merchandising, and promotions.
• Develop and report on campaign performance and insights.
• Collaborate with Business Managers to shape client ecommerce strategy.
