Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking an analytics-focused professional to join the Digital Experience Squad. You will analyse digital journeys, build self-serve dashboards, and provide insights to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.

You will work with senior stakeholders across digital, product, marketing and data to drive data-driven decisions. The role involves delivering accurate reports, automating processes, mentoring juniors and championing best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering insight and opportunities on digital products.
• Developing both ad-hoc and automated reporting to inform business decisions.
• Hands-on digital background with ability to deliver.
• Strong understanding of digital data structures, reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of web and app analytics; CRO initiatives.
• Able to generate hypotheses from user behavior data with business impact.
• Proficiency in SQL, including advanced joins, subqueries and window functions.
• Tag management tools awareness (Tealium or GTM) is an advantage.
• Experience with Piano Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum metrics.
• Familiarity with planning tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis of key digital journeys to optimise performance.
• Identify opportunities for growth or efficiency.
• Enhance dashboards and create self-serve reporting to promote data democratisation.
• Provide accurate data, reporting and dashboards to key stakeholders.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations with visuals.
• Support analytics, digital and development teams to ensure proper data capture and tagging.
• Deliver BAU reporting across Digital with insights for improvement and optimisation.
• Lead change to existing systems, reporting and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
