Job summary

Stott and May Inc. partnered with a leading luxury retailer to recruit an experienced DevOps Manager to lead day-to-day operation, support and continuous improvement of ecommerce and digital platforms.

This hands-on leadership role balances technical delivery with people management, guiding a DevOps team across Azure, CI/CD, automation, monitoring and security to ensure live services. You will drive incident response, optimize cost and performance, steward runbooks and SLOs, mentor engineers,

Experience leading DevOps teams in fast-moving digital environments.
Hands-on technical leadership with Azure infrastructure, CI/CD, automation.
Experience with incident management and live service operations.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop a DevOps team, managing capacity, priorities and day-to-day delivery.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across Azure infrastructure, deployment pipelines, automation and operational tooling.
Oversee reliability, availability, security and performance of ecommerce and digital platforms across dev/test/prod.
Support frequent product launches and releases with cross-team collaboration.
Lead incident management, root cause analysis and service improvement activities.
