Job summary
Bluetree Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own full stack and DevOps responsibilities in a hybrid Rotherham-based role. You will build customer-facing front ends, APIs and services while owning CI/CD, testing, and observability infrastructure.
The position emphasizes AI-assisted development tools and strong collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, accounts and internal systems. Candidates should have 5+ years in software engineering, experience with cloud platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering across front-end and back-end.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the systems powering our e-commerce experience from front-end to APIs and services.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, safe production releases.
- Raise the bar on automated testing and observability to verify AI-assisted code before shipping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead architectural discussions across teams.
