Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant (DevOps) to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for customers across the UK. You will drive customer success through cloud journeys, delivering best practices throughout project lifecycles.

You will architect complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions, gather requirements, assess infrastructure, and propose migration strategies while acting as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or experience in a professional field or military.
• Experience in design and architecture.
• Experience in consulting and serverless distributed solutions.
• Experience in software development with object oriented language.
• Experience in cloud based solutions (AWS or equivalent).
• Experience in customer facing, large-scale project management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers.
• Understand customer security and compliance requirements and deliver security offerings.
• Lead implementation, optimize performance, and manage project risks.
• Convey feedback to AWS roadmaps with engineering/support teams.
• The role requires travel to UK client locations 3-4 days per week.
