Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a DevOps & Infrastructure Lead to strengthen national security capabilities. You will lead on-premise and cloud data platforms, drive CI/CD and GitOps practices, and mentor engineers while aligning delivery with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong DevOps or infrastructure engineering background with leadership experience.
• Experience delivering secure cloud-based infrastructure and on-premise environments.
• IaC experience using Terraform and Helm; Go automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and customer leaders to shape roadmaps for platform, infrastructure and delivery.
• Lead design, development and operation of high-throughput on-premise data platforms and cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automated deployment using ArgoCD.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, logging and alerting for resilient operations.
• Use IaC and automation with Helm, Go and Terraform for repeatable environments.
• Mentor engineers and review approaches; promote modern DevOps practices.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies ensuring delivery meets user needs and security goals.
