Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a dynamic DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. You will drive CI/CD, optimize performance, and support the SDLC with automation to improve efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, managing Docker/Kubernetes, and applying IaC across AWS/Azure/GCP environments, with a focus on resilience and rapid delivery. The role suits a proactive engineer in a fast‑paced tech team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Hands-on work across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities in modern stacks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or TFS to ensure seamless software releases.
• Manage containerization platforms including Docker and Kubernetes to orchestrate microservices architectures.
• Configure and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform utilizing Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or PowerShell for infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Monitor system performance with tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Elasticsearch; troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams during requirements gathering to design scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Implement disaster recovery plans and strategies to ensure high availability and data integrity across distributed systems.
• Maintain version control repositories such as GitHub or GitLab; enforce best practices in code management and review processes.
