Job summary

Sinara Consultants seeks a DevOps Engineer to join our Technology Operations team in a hybrid setup in London. You will own cloud-hosted applications, container platforms, and automation initiatives while collaborating with developers and operations teams.

You will build reproducible infrastructure, manage Kubernetes-based workloads, and drive CI/CD and observability improvements across AWS deployments. A fit combines hands-on cloud and container skills with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience administering AWS cloud environments and Kubernetes in production.
Hands-on with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tooling.
Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team across DevOps disciplines.

Responsibilities

Work with Docker and Kubernetes in AWS production and non-production environments.
Replace repetitive manual processes with scripts and automation.
Operate, maintain, and optimise Kubernetes clusters and containerised apps.
Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
Investigate incidents and improve deployment processes with DevOps teams.
Contribute to IaC and CI/CD enhancements and technical documentation.
