Netcompany is seeking a DevOps Engineer based in the UK to implement and support improvements across development and operations, focusing on people, processes, and tools with a unified customer focus.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team including Development, QA, IT Operations, InfoSec, and UCD, applying best practices in DevOps and ensuring efficient delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps tooling, containers and containerisation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation with stakeholders.
• Act as a business SME to support a streamlined DevOps team.
• Ability to influence stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience of DevOps tooling, containers and containerisation
• Communication: Ability to speak with stakeholders and be able to transfer business requirements into technical implementation
• Facilitate information/business knowledge: Able to act as a business SME and understand what the business needs and how to support this into an efficient DevOps team.
• Stakeholder Management: Able to negotiate and influence stakeholders to ensure the service runs effectively and efforts are placed correctly.
