Job summary

Aker Systems is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to shape secure cloud environments hosting data and real-time analytics for public and private sectors. You will drive automated deployments via CI/CD and IaC, mentor a team, and ensure reliable production support across Linux/Windows systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years in DevOps, with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and automation scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years' DevOps experience.
• Experience deploying and operating infrastructure on AWS and other clouds.
• Proficient with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy cloud infrastructure and applications using CI/CD and IaC.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Maintain environments for testing and production.
• Contribute to incident investigation and production support.
• Lead and mentor team members on key decisions.
• Document changes to modules and test activities/results.
