Netcompany in the UK is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to accelerate delivery, improve software quality and streamline operations across development and IT teams. You will apply best practices in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver reliable services.

The role requires strong AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm and GitOps skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with Java and multi-database environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with GitOps and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support improvements to accelerate delivery times.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, IT Operations, InfoSec, and UCD to apply DevOps best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage service reliability and performance through monitoring and incident response.
